Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Aust Post or TNT with tracking and drop-off without signature as an option. If you prefer delivery by Express Post with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

We have a Total Satisfaction Customer Guarantee. Before returning an item, please contact us for instructions. All products in the store are new, never used. Exchanges will be given on any faulty items as long as they are returned unused, without alteration or tampering and in the condition they were received. buyer must notify us within 7 days of receiving item. Items should be sent back in the same condition you receive them with all protective seals intact and no adjustments made.

If a product is significantly different from its description, you purchased the wrong product or you simply changed your mind about your purchase we will either exchange the item for another item of equal or greater value (the difference must be paid), give you a store credit or issue a refund. Please note a 25% restocking/service fee will need to be charged when issuing a refund. Exchanges are not subject to this charge. Refunds cannot be made until the goods have been received and checked by us. Refunds available on fault products or DOA only not available for change of mind, please ask any questions before purchasing of products. All returns to be authorised with RMA number contact customer service about returns.

Returned products must be UNOPENED, FACTORY SEALED, undamaged and returned in resalable condition. There are strictly no exceptions.

Return postage and packaging costs involved in exchanges or refunds are at the buyer's expense and are non-refundable. In case of returning an item we recommend obtaining a proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. Please make sure that you include a pre-paid self-addressed satchel & your original invoice or note of correspondence made with us. This helps us speed up the return process. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.


If you are dissatisfied with the product for whatever reason, you can take the matter to the manufacturer as we are unable to accept opened products.
